Hailing from the small town of Tescott, Kansas, Oliver Belshe is a 9 year old quarter midget driver currently competing regularly at The Topeka Kansas Quarter Midget Association (TKQMA) in The NASCAR Youth Series. Ever since he's been able to crawl, he's demonstrated a strong inclination to drive or operate anything he gets into. Racing has proven to be a great outlet for his natural strengths and abilities.
